Clients who have trusted us…
HOW TO BUY
Contact us through any of our official channels, or visit us at our facilities in Miami. From the very beginning, our team will be ready to assist you.
Consultation
We will assign you a dedicated sales representative who will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. Your advisor will guide you by understanding your needs, level of experience, and type of business. Their goal is to help you choose the best available deals and answer any questions you may have.
Product Selection
Your sales representative will share detailed information about the lots currently available, including real photos, descriptions, approximate quantities, product categories, and pricing. They will also address any questions or concerns you may have so you can make an informed decision.
Purchase Confirmation
Once you select the products you wish to buy, we will provide a proforma invoice with all the details, including description, final price, terms, and payment information.
Payment and Shipping Coordination
Once payment is received (via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash, or Zelle), a commercial invoice will be issued and we will coordinate the optimized loading and shipment of the merchandise.
Logistics Support
Although the buyer assumes the transportation costs and risks, Go Liquidator will support and guide you throughout the process.
If needed, we can provide freight quotes, connect you with shipping companies, and assist with the coordination of the loading process at origin.
If you prefer, or if you already work with a trusted carrier, you are free to manage the shipment yourself in coordination with the Go Liquidator logistics team.
We maximize the space in your containers. Not only do we offer products at highly competitive prices, but we also help you reduce transportation costs.
MERCHANDISE CONDITIONS
Our merchandise comes from major retail stores that liquidate products due to seasonal changes, store closures, overstock, or customer returns. This allows you to access pricing well below the traditional wholesale market.
Store Stock, Overstock or Store Surplus
These are new products that were previously displayed in retail stores. They are typically the last units of certain items that were not sold before the store refreshed its inventory. The product may show signs of handling and may not be in its original packaging.
Factory and Inventory Surplus
These products are usually liquidated due to overproduction. They are complete, functional items that have never been used or displayed in stores (100% new), generally in their original packaging and with factory labels. These lots come directly from the production line and may sometimes contain a high repetition of the same item.
Customer Returns
Products returned by customers after being previously sold online or in physical stores:
Grade A (Like New): Unused with minimal signs of handling.
Grade B (Used – Good Condition): Merchandise showing signs of use or handling that can be resold without repairs.
Grade C (Used – Acceptable Condition): Merchandise with significant signs of use or handling that likely requires repair before resale.
Grade D (Salvage Condition): Merchandise requiring major repairs or suitable for parts/components resale.
Refurbished Products
These products have undergone testing during manufacturing and have returned to the production line to be corrected or repaired, ensuring they meet their original functional standards.
Irregular or Defective Products
Products labeled as irregular are liquidated due to manufacturing defects that are usually minor or barely noticeable. In other cases, products may have damage resulting from transportation or handling during production or throughout the supply chain.
